Flame retardant for transparent nylon

Flame retardant M-200TM for transparent nylon was initiated by us.
The products can be used for the flame retardant of nylon engineering plastics, fiber and film, the characteristic is the high flame retardant efficiency of nylon, especially the mixture of nylon 6 and nylon 6/66 with less dosage, without hydrogen halide and organic phosphorus compounds when burning, almost non-toxic.
It is an excellent substitute for nitrogen - based flame retardant MCA in some fields.Because of its similar bonding properties with nylon, it is especially suitable for flame retardant of various nylon products, and has little influence on the gloss of flame retardant products.

M-200TM Property

 
Application: 
In the nylon 6 system, dosage is 3%-8%. 
If customer require better transparency, it is recommended to use the nylon 6 section with a relative viscosity of 2.6-2.8 (semi-extinction or extinction section is not allowed), which dosage is 3%-4.5%.
If require higher flame retardancy, it is recommended to use nylon 6 sections with a relative viscosity of 2.8 or above, and add 6-8%.
According to the different proportions of nylon 6 and nylon 66, the addition amount of nylon 6/66 mixture is 5-10%. It is suggested that users consult our technical department before using.
